Last weekend proved to be a highly successful test and tune for the riders of AMA Pro Flat Track presented by J&P Cycles at the Lima Half-Mile as they used the opportunity to get ready for the event set to be held on June 29, 2013 on its uniquely designed pea gravel dirt track. On July 21, 2013, promoters of the Castle Rock TT will be offering licensed AMA Pro Flat Track presented by J&P Cycles riders the same opportunity as Lima which is to test and tune their motorcycles at the Castle Rock Race Park from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in advance of this year's event scheduled for August 3, 2013.

After a six week hiatus, AMA Pro Flat Track presented by J&P Cycles competitors are eager to get to Lima, Ohio for Round 4 action scheduled for June 29, 2013 located at the Allen County Fairgrounds. It is sure to be a thrilling summer of racing this year as the Lima Half-Mile marks the first of ten events scheduled over the next two and a half months.

To date, Brandon Robinson has yet to crack the top ten in the overall Grand National Expert point standings in his young career. Last season was the Oxford, Penn. product's most impressive season yet, finishing 11th in the standings and recording just two top-five finishes. After switching race teams in the offseason, Robinson appears to have a completely revamped style of racing and looks to be a potential candidate to earn the coveted Grand National Championship this year. The 22-year-old finds himself atop the point standings heading into Round 4 action at the Lima Half-Mile and already has a win and one top-five finish to his credit thus far in 2013.

One of the easiest ways to tell that summer is quickly approaching is when the Lima Half-Mile is next up on the AMA Pro Flat Track presented by J&P Cycles schedule. In recent years, the Allen County Fairgrounds and its uniquely designed pea gravel dirt track has played host to the legendary Lima Half-Mile in late June and always puts on an impressive display of some of the most competitive dirt track racing in the world.

The AMA Pro Flat Track presented by J&P Cycles race scheduled to run on Sunday, May 26, 2013 at the Springfield Mile has been postponed due to inclement weather.
